Barclays' #DerivHack2018 took place in London and New York simultaneously. The identity needed to adhere the Barclays brand guidelines, with a touch of Rise Global's upward, angular styling. It also needed to convey the 'blockchain technology' theme and work across several items including large plasma screens and several smaller goody bag items.
I created adaptable graphics utilising an isometric cube shape, forming the 'd' and 'h' from DerivHack. This provides a subtle link to the Rise 45º angular shapes whilst also helping to illustrate complex blockchain derivatives. The strong use of Barclays Blue and White ties the brand look and feel together.
